Pro trial / First result
See your own memory analytics before choosing billing.
Your no-card trial is active. These steps use your local installation; this account page never receives your sync key or workspace content.
- Connect your device. Generate a one-time command, then run it on the machine with your Engraphis workspace.
- Prepare a sync-eligible local workspace. Add a useful workspace- or repo-scoped memory locally. Secret, session-scoped, and personal-workspace memories stay local. This is a Cloud Sync choice, separate from Team hosting.
- Configure and back up your sync key. On a trusted device, generate one 32-byte URL-safe-base64 key and provision it as
ENGRAPHIS_SYNC_E2EE_KEYthrough your owner-private configuration or secrets manager. Keep a separate secure backup and check that you can recover it before uploading. Engraphis cannot recover this key; never paste it into this account page or support messages. - Complete one encrypted sync. In your local dashboard, open Manage → Cloud Sync and choose Sync now. Confirm the result says complete with at least one eligible workspace succeeded; 0/0 or an incomplete round is not a first sync. Open local Cloud Sync
- Approve managed processing separately. In Manage → Settings, review and explicitly approve readable processing for this workspace. Encrypted sync does not grant this consent. Review processing choice
- View a real Analytics result. Open Manage → Analytics after the sync and processing steps. If the job is pending, choose Refresh result; wait for a computed result and inspect the workspace metrics. A pending, empty, denied, or unavailable screen is not a completed result. Open local Analytics
Start the local dashboard with engraphis-dashboard if it is not running. A new workspace may produce sparse metrics; add real memories and revisit Analytics as it grows. Billing remains optional until you choose a plan; the original trial deadline does not change.

Upgrade to Team for roles, named seats, scoped credentials, and per-user audit history.
Invite in batches
This invitation source is https://api.engraphis.com/account. Localhost and 127.0.0.1 invites work only on this computer and cannot be converted to hosted invites. For remote teammates, use the hosted Team portal. After accepting, members can manage their account at the Team origin and connect their local Engraphis installation.
Checking available named seats…
The owner can separately allow a teammate to approve memories for agent recall and retire shared memories. A Team role does not grant this permission automatically.

Devices / Desktop clients
Connect a device
Link the Engraphis desktop client on one machine to this workspace. Generate a connect command here, run it there once, and that machine stores its own credentials — this browser never holds them.
Accept your invitation, then click Connect my device. The token is created only for your account.
Single use · expires 10 minutes after you generate it · available to active team members
Run this on the machine you are connecting
Expires in 10 minutes.
- It works exactly once. Connecting a machine consumes it; generate another for the next machine.
- Generating a new command immediately cancels this one.
- Treat it like a password. It is never saved in this browser and disappears when you leave this section, close the tab, or the countdown ends.
